We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee Salesforce sales in the region. Your role will involve developing strategic partnerships, driving sales, and managing client accounts. Your primary focus will be to achieve and exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of the entire ETG Digital portfolio across assigned accounts and industries.
  • Identify and secure new clients ("net new logos") and present tailored ETG Digital solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams to identify, qualify, and close high-value deals.
  • Manage existing client accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with Salesforce, technology partners, and vendors.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position ETG Digital as a strategic advisor for digital transformation.
  • Implement sales forecasting and maintain accurate CRM entries to ensure reliable pipeline visibility.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and solutions that address client needs and drive results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of solution-based direct sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in Salesforce products, services, and technology ecosystems (e.g., Sales, Service, Commerce Clouds).
  • Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Must Have:
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in selling Salesforce Services and an overall experience of 5 years in selling across industries like Retail, Consumer Goods, HiTech, Media, and Manufacturing in India.
  • Previous experience in working with a salesforce consultancy firm and must have C-level connects.
  • Deep understanding of business operations and aligning solutions with C-level priorities.
  • Experience orchestrating internal resources, including solutions engineers and account managers, to close deals.
  • Candidate should be local and based out of Dubai and having existing network in UAE is a pre-requisite.
  • Well versed in Arabic and English speaking.
